Heating will cause melting, and after cooling, the molecular chains can be arranged through crystallization and amorphous folding, so this material is thermoplastic. The hard segment of nylon elastomer can be nylon 12, nylon 6, copolymerized nylon, etc. Nylon elastomer uses nylon 6 and copolymerized nylon as the hard segment. Both nylon elastomer and alloy compatibilizer have a complete carbon chain molecular structure, no heterocyclic structures such as phosphorus and nitrogen, and no good molecular structures of charcoal such as benzene rings, which are easy to burn, so adding more proportions will affect the flame retardancy of the material . Compared with this witness system, nylon elastomer has an amide structure in the molecule and N heteroatoms, and its flame retardancy will be better. In addition, nylon elastomer materials have better fluidity.

Formal design and preparation:

The designed formula is 0.2%, 0.3%, and 0.3% of antioxidant 1098, antioxidant 168, and EBS. The dosage of the three witnesses is 5% to 25%, and the temperature of the supply part of the 5% twin-screw extruder is set at 200 .The temperature of other parts is set at 235 ~ 240.
